METHOD OF PAYMENT
20% of the tuition is due at the time of registration to RESERVE YOUR SPACE
in the program.
The balance can be paid in monthly installments. The balance must be paid in full one month prior to the final session.
5% discount for payment in full at the time of registration.
SINGLE SESSIONS
Based on space availability, the fee to attend a single session will be $1593
1st doctor, $1193 each additional doctor and $465 each staff or spouse.
CANCELLATIONS
Written notice of intent to cancel must be received by the DBMP by 30 days prior to the program start for a full refund less a service charge of $500. Notice received after
that date negates any refund.
MISSED SESSIONS
If an occasion should arise when you are unable to attend one of the weekends
in your Management Program, arrangements can be made to take it at another
time with another group.
LUNCH
A light continental breakfast will be offered each morning and full lunches
are provided daily. |
