Cathy Jameson, Ph.D., is president of Jameson Management,
Inc., an international dental lecture and consulting firm. An
accomplished speaker, writer, and workshop leader, Cathy holds
a Ph.D. in organizational psychology, where she focused her work
on effective, stress controlled management. As a Certified Effectiveness
Trainer, Cathy integrates her academic background and her knowledge
of communication into the management of dental teams and practices.
Her nearly 30 years of “hands- on” experience in
her husband’s practice makes her strategies workable and
effective.
Cathy has been a featured speaker for the major dental meetings
throughout the world and is also an adjunct faculty member of
the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry and New York University
College of Dentistry. Cathy’s books, Great Communication
= Great Production and Collect What You Produce, are top sellers
in the dental arena for Pennwell Books. Cathy divides her time
between her travels around the world and her horse ranch in southern
Oklahoma. |

Dr. John H. Jameson received his Doctor of Dental
Surgery degree from Creighton University in 1974 and has practiced
dentistry for nearly 30 years. In addition to his successful
dental practice, Dr. Jameson serves as Chairman of the Board
for Jameson Management, Inc. an international dental lecture
and consulting firm. He lectures on high-tech dentistry and its
integration into the dental practice. He also writes for numerous
dental publications and provides research for manufacturers and
marketing companies. Dr. Jameson serves as an active member of
the Oklahoma Dental Association and is the past chairman of a
special task force in public relations. Dr. Jameson and his wife,
Dr. Cathy Jameson, divide their time between their travels around
the world and their horse ranch in southern Oklahoma.

Dru Halverson is the co-director of consulting
focusing on consultant development for Jameson Management, Inc.
She has been with JMI since 1989 and has been in the dental profession
since 1981 including approximately 18 years as Dr. John Jameson’s
dental hygienist and business manager.
Dru received her Bachelor’s degree in community health
education with a minor in sociology from Oklahoma State University
and received her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
at the University of Oklahoma.
For the past ten years, Dru has been consulting with JMI and
has proven to be the best of the best in coaching both the
management and clinical aspects of the consultation experience.
As co-director of consulting, Dru trains the JMI consulting
team and keeps in continuous contact with each one of them
throughout the year while also maintaining frequent and regular
contact with JMI clients. Dru has published articles in RDH,
Dental Economics, Independent Dentist and Dental Practice Success.
She has lectured at several study clubs and major events. Dru’s
mission is to achieve optimal results and she meets this mission
every day.

Tim Breiding’s unique insight into effective practice graphics
and marketing has been formed from over 20 years in marketing and
promotions with Knight-Ridder Newspapers, and 15 years as a successful
advertising agency specializing in dental practice development.
Tim has worked with over 400 dental practices nationwide and enjoys
helping with the challenges facing today’s dental practitioner.
Tim’s goal in working with dentists and their management
consultant is to construct a “targeted image” for
the practice attracting the specific type of procedures the dentist
most wants to perform. |

Mary Govoni, CDA, RDA, RDH, MBA,
has been educating audiences in the all important areas of ergonomics
and OSHA compliance. Her courses are designed for both full and
half day presentations and always energize the participants.
Mary offers six presentations and three hands on workshops to
address a variety of subjects related to OSHA, case acceptance
and infection control. One of her most popular courses is How
to Work All Day and Go Home without a Back and Neck Ache. This
program focuses on creating a healthy work environment at the
front desk as well as in treatment rooms through proper posture,
appropriate work place design and equipment selection.
She is a past president of the American Dental Assistants Association,
a member of the Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures,
the American Dental Hygienists Association, the National Speakers
Association, and served on the Michigan Board of Dentistry. Mary
is a columnist for Dental Equipment and Materials magazine, and
is a featured speaker on the ADA Seminar Series.
Her 31 years working in a dental practice couple with her teaching,
research and passion for the material to make her presentations
popular at many of the major dental meetings including the American
Dental Association, Yankee Dental Congress and Chicago Midwinter
Meeting, as well as numerous study clubs and dental societies. |
Timothy (Tim) Twigg. As the owner and
President of Bent Ericksen & Associates
and CRC, Inc., Tim brings 25 years of practice management and business
consulting experience and knowledge specifically in the healthcare field.
Mr. Twigg is a published author of articles for many major healthcare
journals and currently co-authors a monthly column in Dental Economics
entitled: “Focus on Human Resources”. Tim has presented seminars
nationally on Practice Management, Human Resources, and Employment Law
Compliance.
Presentations have included the Minnesota State Dental Association,
Florida State Dental Association, Georgia School of Dentistry Alumni
Study Club, Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry, numerous component dental
societies, and study clubs. Tim also is a member of the Academy of Dental
Management Consultants (ADMC), the Society for Human Resources Management
(SHRM), the Association of Veterinary Practice Management Consultants
and Advisors (AVPMCA), and the National Speakers Association (NSA). His
expertise extends to leadership and business development, strategic marketing,
communication skills, and employment law compliance.

Ms. Steenson, founder of Sherri L.
Henderson & Associates has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years.
